Here's how we do it
If you're in an area where there's only weak 4G coverage, we can still get you connected with a full installation.
Our engineers will fit a small high gain directional 4G antenna to the outside of your property. Once correctly aligned and installed, this latches onto available 4G signals, boosts them and pipes them down to the 4G router inside.
That literally makes all the difference. It's much the same as trying to watch TV on a portable set with just a flimsy set-top aerial, compared to watching on one connected to a properly fitted rooftop antenna.

We'll dispatch one of our installation engineers to your home or business to identify the best spot to install our small but powerful antenna.

Confirmation
Before starting installation, our engineer will explain to you what is involved, where the antenna will be located and what speeds you can expect.

Installation
Our engineer will then install the antenna, connect it to the router and ensure your new rural broadband connection is working as you'd want.

Demonstration
Our engineer will then show you your new 4G broadband connection working and make sure that you're satisfied with its performance before leaving.
